Free French Classified Ads - Terms and conditions

Free French Classified Ads was created to give English speaking Ex-Pats living in France free advertising. It has come to our attention that the website is receiving ads from other countries, particularly the Cameroons. Mobile phone numbers are not accepted. If you attempt to register without a French or British landline number, or to register with a Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail or other free email address, your account will be removed along with any advertisements you have placed.

Please don't waste your time or that of others.

Free French Classified Ads is free for everyone. Whether you are an individual, or a business you can advertise here for FREE!! We may charge for business ads in the future, but for now we don't. Please be assured, that your email address will not be passed on to a third party. We hate spam as much as everyone else. We would advise that you do not include your email address in your advertisement!! We may send occasional newsletters from time to time, but you will not be swamped with them. Now to the agreement:

1. All classified advertisements submitted to the Free French Classified Ads website must be in English.

2. All classified advertisements submitted to the Free French Classified Ads website must be legal, decent, honest and truthful.

3. You must not submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, libellous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane, or indecent information of any kind.

4. All advertisements submitted to Free French Classified Ads may be accepted or refused at the absolute discretion of the administrators of the website.

5. All advertisements may be edited and re-classified at the absolute discretion of the administrators of Free French Classified Ads. The administrators may also remove any advertisement after it has been accepted or edited or appeared on the site.

6. Free French Classified Ads do not under any circumstances accept any responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of any advertisement. Free French Classified Ads specifically disclaim all and any liability to advertisers and users of any kind for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever, whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause, and whether on the part of Free French Classified Ads, or their servants or agents, or any other person.

7. All users are advised to check the details of advertisements carefully before entering into any agreement of any kind. Free French Classified Ads has no method of verifying the authenticity or accuracy of any advertisement and accepts no responsibility for any agreements entered into. If in doubt as to the nature or reliability of any advertisement please seek legal advice.
